PowerSEO respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the controls you have over your information.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: email, name, and authentication credentials (stored securely).
• Workspace data: projects, domains, keywords, content, integrations, and campaign settings.
• Usage and audit logs: actions taken within the platform for security and compliance.
• Integration tokens: OAuth and API credentials for connected services such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and DataForSEO.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide SEO/GEO analytics, reporting, and recommendations.
• To sync data from third-party platforms you connect.
• To maintain platform security, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Third-party service providers necessary to operate the platform (e.g., hosting, analytics).
• Law enforcement or regulators when required by law.

4. Your Rights & Data Controls

• Export: request a full export of your workspace data at any time.
• Correction: update your profile and workspace settings.
• Deletion: request workspace or full account deletion. Deletion is subject to retention periods described below.

5. Data Retention

Activity logs are retained for 90 days. SEO data is retained for up to 2 years. Data exports expire after 30 days. When you delete a workspace, a retention period applies before permanent purging. See PRIVACY_RETENTION.md for full details.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit and at rest, hashed credentials, role-based access control, and audit logging.
